Is it possible to secure organic publicity?

We have an extensive list of organic or discretely sponsored publications. However from time to time publications change their policies on disclaimers. If a publication that once published your news story as organic and free from disclaimers, or disclosed the affiliation or sponsorship between Emek PR and itself discretely but changes their policy or disclaimer later to introduce a disclaimer or make an existing disclaimer more prominent, you will not be entitled to a refund, or a partial refund, as we have no control over what publications do after publication of your news story.


How does the writing process work?

We have a team of highly credentialed and experienced writers and editors, however sometimes aligning expectations between our team and your brand causes friction. We send a questionnaire after payment is received to give us some background about what you want us to write, how you want it written and we will try our best in every case.


What will you write about?

Our clients usually pick an attention grabbing topic about their business. If you're not sure, you can always reach out to us for help. We have a great team that have experience in getting more eyeballs onto articles.

This happens from time to time, and the solution is always to simply let us know the changes you want to the news story by communicating them directly to us. We will always share the news stories with you in an editable format. You are free to change the article, make edits or change links as you like.


What are the article guidelines?

1) The title of your press release should be minimum 6-8 words (excluding prepositions and articles). Here the guidelines in writing the headline for reference:

– The headline must include the company's name or the name of the spokesperson / author.
– The headline can't contain personal pronouns (I, Me, My, We, Us, Our, You, Your, Them, Their, etc.).
– The headline can't contain an exclamation point.- The headline should be a minimum 6-8 words (excluding prepositions and articles)
– The headline can't contain quotes.
– The headline should not sound like the headline of an advert. Discounts/pricing details and product specifications can be added in the Sub headline or article's body.

2) The article can't be written in the first or second person voice. First person (I, Me, My, We, Us, Our, etc.) and second person (You, Your, etc.) voices are not considered newsworthy, except in quotations.

3) The articles cannot mention BadenBower in the headline or body copy or denigrate our reputation or good-standing. 


Will I be able to search for the news stories on the websites where you publish?

You will have a report that contains the logo of each website (ie Forbes, Business Insider, Entrepreneur, etc) along with the relevant link, but please note our service is paid promotion and though the majority of times the articles are indexing in search results, sometimes news sites make it hard for users to search for the articles themselves without having a direct link to the article. What most customers do is link the logos and articles from their homepage, landing pages, contact page and social media to increase trust and credibility and this is what we recommend you do too.


How am I billed for your services?

We accept a number of currencies including USD, AUD, CAD, GBP, Euro and other currencies upon request.


How long do the news stories remain published online?

Articles usually stay up months or years, but in some cases like with Marketwatch publishers decide to remove them within 3-6 months of publication. Provided we succeed in publishing your news story, there will be no refund if the story is removed.


Can I talk to you about how my article will look and where it will appear before publication?

It is your right to ask questions about the news site prior to publication, and we will do our best to answer any questions you might have. If in doubt, please ask prior to publication. Once published, we cannot do anything to change the article, content, language, links (follow or no-follow) or any other details you might have an issue with, if we don't know of that issue in advance.


Agencies & White Labelling


These are the terms and conditions that apply to agencies.


Collaboration on Content: You and Emek PR and Strategies will collaborate on planning and approving the placement of your articles and TV segments. You must approve these placements in advance.

No Guarantees on Placements: Emek PR and Strategies cannot guarantee specific placements or the availability of a certain number of placements that meet your requirements.

Creative Control and Revisions: Both parties have mutual approval rights over all content created. However, media outlets might modify this content, and Emek PR and Strategies isn't liable for these changes.

Right to Reject or Terminate: Emek PR and Strategies can reject any content or end placements at its discretion if it believes the content poses legal, financial, or reputation risks or violates media policies.

Change Requests: You can request changes to the scope of work at your own expense. Changes must be mutually agreed upon in writing.

Fees: You must pay Emek PR and Strategies for its services as outlined on their website, the contract you sign with Emek PR and Strategies or as notified. Non-payment constitutes a breach of agreement, and apart from other rights reserved to Emek PR and Strategies under these Terms and Conditions, Emek PR and Strategies will have the right to remove all published articles immediately.

Confidentiality: You agree to keep all proprietary information confidential unless you have written permission from Emek PR and Strategies to share it.

Intellectual Property: Emek PR and Strategies retains rights to any materials it creates. You grant Emek PR and Strategies a non-exclusive license to use your creative materials and trademarks for the purpose of securing placements.


Termination: Emek PR and Strategies can end the agreement for any reason or if you breach the terms. You are responsible for all fees due up to the termination date, and paragraph 6 of this section will apply.

Writing: The Agency subscription is exclusive of our writing service. If you require us to write and edit stories for your clients, each story is $100 USD (up to 600 words), and includes one round of edits. The link to purchase is here.


Legal Compliance and Dispute Resolution: You agree to comply with all applicable laws and resolve any disputes through mediation or arbitration in the British Virgin Islands.
Limitations: Emek PR and Strategies disclaims all warranties and limits its liability for damages. You are responsible for your own use of the website and services.
